TERMS OF SERVICE

ART TERMS
- I work with minors over the age of 13
- my payment for commissions is either paypal, cashapp, or zelle
- I will not do refunds
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission or trade for any reason
- I reserve the right to decline a commission or trade for any reason
- please respect that I am a very busy person and commissions/trades may take multiple days
- I reserve the right to work on personal projects outside of commissions/trades
- feel free to use your commissioned/traded art as you please with credit! my only limitation with this is that I do not allow my art being used for commercial worksI will not draw any of the following:
- NSFW or fetish work
- excessive gore
- machinery/robotsDESIGN TERMS
- once you own the design, it is yours! do whatever with it (besides NSFW purposes)
- if posting the design anywhere, please credit me in some way!! it does not have to be on every post with that character, it just has to be somewhere
- do not purchase/trade a character from me for the purpose of reselling/trading (purchasing as a gift is fine, just let me know prior)
